For your customer
Nothing to figure out.
No packing material to find and no instructions to read. One box, twelve slots, one pickup.
Collecting phones from business customers isn't one packaging problem. It's three. And one box has to solve them all.
That's a lot to ask of a box. So we built Kori from scratch, and it's now being piloted with one of the largest carriers in the Nordics.

Kori (B2B)
Designed to collect multiple phones from business customers in one box. A foam insert holds each phone in its own slot, so devices never touch or move in transit. The lid closes with a tear strip seal, so you can see if a box was opened on the way. Sent out empty, returned full through your existing parcel carrier. Made to fit the number of phones you collect.
The service hook for B2B
Asking a business customer to find a box is asking a favour. Sending them one is a service.
Today, returning old phones is your customer's job. Find a box. Find something to pad it with. Print a label. Hope nothing breaks on the way.
Kori makes the return part of what you offer. The box arrives ready to fill. Your customer puts in up to twelve phones, closes the lid and books the pickup with the carrier you already use.

For your team
Same box, same layout, every time. Count the phones at a glance and check them in faster.
For your business
Phones reach your hub in the condition they left the office. And that condition is what you resell.
The economic hook for B2B
A single-use box is made to be thrown away, so it gets the cheapest design possible. Kori is reusable. That's why we could invest in what protects your devices: a fitted foam insert, a sturdy outer and a proper seal.
Every trip spreads the cost a little further. Fewer boxes bought. Fewer boxes in the bin. And every reuse counts towards your packaging and sustainability targets.
Every collection flow is different. Some customers return ten phones, some return thirty.
So we size Kori to your batches, run it with a group of your business customers, and look at what comes back together. Then you decide.
