We didn’t read a book on sustainability; we spent a decade in the reverse logistics trenches. It started with a simple question: what if e-commerce packaging worked like a bottle deposit system?
When we realised the infrastructure simply didn't exist, we felt compelled to build it. We pioneered a new category in retail, proving that reverse logistics can scale at the highest level.
Working with giants.
We defined the circular standard alongside global retail giants like H&M, Zalando, and Amazon. We proved that circularity isn't a theory—it’s a massive logistics operation that fails or succeeds on the warehouse floor.
Our packaging didn't just survive the warehouse floor—it walked the runways of Paris Fashion Week and hit the retail floors of Selfridges and Galeries Lafayette.

We've seen every innovative circular theory fail in a real-world warehouse. Our honesty comes from the fact that we've already made the mistakes so you don't have to. We skip the sermon about polar bears and focus on durability stats and warehouse flow.
Now, we are focusing that worldwide, battle-tested infrastructure exclusively on refurbished electronics. Because high-value tech demands a flawless, scalable return loop. We are replacing generic cardboard with the industrial-grade vaults and digital backbone that circular tech deserves.
